Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Once product is paid for and ordered, returns are not accepted due to extensive manufacturing.

 

If product has not begun production, we will accept refunds.

Refunds: Defective Baseballs

If the product has arrived damaged/defective - we will provide refund. Product must be inspected 5-7 days post delivery to ensure no defective Baseballs. If product is defective, refund will be due. 

In order to receive refund, pictures must be taken within 5-7 days of receiving Baseballs and sent to Support@custombaseballs.net along with quantities of defective merchandise.
